STEP ONE DONE!!!: Click on the link here: https://www.embroideryonballs.com/product/sept-2022-ball-display-stands-buy-in/ This link takes you to my shop where the order process will begin. YOU WILL NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING AT THIS TIME. 

->>You must order the amount committed by you in the buy-in list. I'm including the list of orders so you can verify your order. (GREEN means PAID) If you have already paid, just disregard this email for now. I will send an updated email when we get to STEP 3. ->>You MAY order more than you've committed to, but you may not order less. If you do, this will affect the price per stand that everyone else has agreed to.
->>YOU HAVE UNTIL OCTOBER 10TH TO COMPLETE PAYMENT. IF PAYMENT IS NOT COMPLETED BY THEN, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM ANY FUTURE GROUP BUYS/BUY-INS

STEP TWO : After your order is placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation from my shop. If you do not, email me at orders@embroideryonballs.com right away for this info. 


STEP THREE: Once everyone has paid and I have confirmed all of the orders, I will place the order with my manufacturer and the creation process will begin. Every stand is handmade to the high-quality standards you've come to expect from me; you know this if you've ordered from me before. It can take up to 30 days for creation, varnishing, and drying. Shipping time is typically 7 days via airmail. They DO have some on hand for me so hopefully, this will speed up the process. 


STEP FOUR (WE ARE HERE) PART 2:

It's time to pay for your shipping so your order can go out the door. Everything is sorted and packaged and ready! YAY!! 

Here's what you do...
1) Visit Paypal and send your shipping fee to billing@kimtown.com using friends and family (so no fees are taken out on my end and it 100% covers your shipping).
You may also use Venmo (@kimtown) or CashApp ($kimtown) if that's easier for you. 

2)Then, send me an email at orders@embroideryonballs.com to let me know how you've paid so I can verify your payment. 

Here is the fee schedule according to USPS.com:
20 Stands or Less = $10.40 (Padded Flat Rate Mailer)
21 Stands - 50 Stands = $17.10 (Med Flat Rate Box)
51+ Stands - Email me for quote.

3)Once payment is verified, you'll receive an update in the EOB shop with your tracking number/information! Please keep in mind Monday is President's Day and therefore the mail doesn't run. 

Once the order arrives at my place, every bat and ring will be checked for quality control before it's shipped to you via USPS Priority Flat Rate Padded Mailer (or box depending on how many you have ordered). Once I have all the orders packaged and ready (which usually is about a week) I will email you all once again to pay for shipping. Once shipping is paid, I'll send your order out the door.
